Palestinian Children's Relief Fund fundraiser this Friday evening

The PCRF was started by Kent resident Steve Sosebee in 1989 to provide medical care for injured Palestinian children. The mission of the PCRF has expanded to include children injured elsewhere in the Middle East. Thay may be brought to the U.S. (many have been treated at local northeast Ohio hospitals), or treated on-site by teams sent to the Middle East by the PCRF. Majid lost both legs in a roadside bomb and has recently been fitted with prosthetic legs. He has been living in Akron with Steve and Huda Sosebee and will be returning to Iraq soon.
